The transition didn't happen overnight. It happened through the same work I now do with the men I coach — identity first, action second, clarity through movement not contemplation. I trained under Brian Johnson's Heroic methodology, studied High Performance Coaching, facilitated David Bayer's work, and coached men at retreats where I watched the same thing happen again and again: a man stops performing his life and starts living it.
I'm also a certified Heroic Workshop Facilitator — three workshops from completing that credential. The engineering background never left. I still think in structures, load-bearing elements, what holds and what doesn't. I just apply it to identity now instead of buildings.
The most structural thing a man can do is build himself.

No goals, no coaching. We start by getting brutally honest about what you actually want — not what you're supposed to want. Then we identify your core strengths, not as a feel-good exercise but as the structural load-bearing walls of who you are. New habits get designed around who you're becoming, not who you've been.
